The Tes License Agreement
By using Tes or purchasing a license for the app, you agree to these terms:
1. Refunds Are Available
I want you to be happy with Tes if for any reason within 30 days of purchasing Tes if you aren’t satisfied. Email me and I will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
2. License Only
You own a license to use the app, you do not own the app itself.
3. License Fair Use
You may use a Tes license on up to 5 Macs, provided that you are the sole user of each Mac. If other people use a Mac where you install Tes (such as a shared workstation), or other people use your license credentials to unlock a copy of Tes, you must purchase a separate license for that person.
4. License Abuse
You cannot share your license with other users in any form.
5. License Duration
You will receive free updates to Tes for 18 months from the date you buy a license. After that, you will need to "renew" your license to install additional updates. When you renew your license, you will be able to install additional Tes updates for a period of your choosing. If you do not renew your license, you may install and run any version of Tes that was released before your license expired. I will not disable those older versions, although as technology progresses they may stop running on future releases of macOS.
6. Non-Transferable
Licenses are not transferable. You may not assign or give your license to anyone else. If you do, I may terminate your license and you will not be refunded.
7. Liability Release
You release me (David Croy), my company (IDoubleDog Software Inc.), from ALL liability for any damages Tes may cause. You agree that neither I, my company, nor anyone associated with me can be held liable, financially or otherwise. This waiver of liability also applies to your use of my website and all transactions with any server or service that I provide, either directly or indirectly. You use the app at your own risk.
8. No Warranty
There is no warranty, express or implied. I have no idea if Tes will work well for you or whether it's right for a particular purpose. That's why there is a free trial.
9. Support
If you have questions or problems using Tes, you are welcome to email me and I'll do my best to help you.
10. No Reverse Engineering
You agree not to disassemble Tes.
11. Plain Language
The meaning of language in this agreement will be interpreted as an average, non-lawyer would interpret it.
12. Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that part shall be dropped and the remainder of the agreement will still apply.
